"Good location if you have a car. Parking is extremely hard. Always had to park far away from the home, and do not park on the yellow lines or the car will be towed and you will be fined which did happen. This was not mentioned that you are not allowed to park infront of the home and on the yellow lines ( as a person that is not from spain this could have definitely been mentioned). The door bell sound is very low."

Dommage qu’il n’y ait pas de climatisation car le ventilateur est un peu juste en ces fortes chaleurs du mois de juillet. Je mets seulement 4 étoiles car l’agence homerti aurait dû signaler aux agents d’entretien de tailler les hautes herbes du chemin d’arrivée et nettoyer les transats qui étaient très sales. "Really good house with lots of space. Beautiful outside and big pool. Near Es Trenc and very private area. Only missing in info from website/owners is that the air conditioner is only on 21 o’clock to 6 in the morning and you need to pay extra. And only one fan in the house. Good to know if you are sensitive to heat waves!"
