"This was our first time staying here and we were pretty impressed. The room was clean and comfortable. The breakfast was very good and had a lot of yummy items to choose from. The staff was very friendly and helpful. The only issues I had was the mini fridge in the room not being cold (no way to change the temp) and the parking around the hotel. There were only a few spots under the detached hotel building, and the rest were up for grabs on the street, and those filled up quick if you weren't there early enough. Other than that, we really enjoyed our stay and will most likely stay here again when we come back next year!"

"The gentleman who checked us in was very helpful and friendly. The property is older but our room was updated and comfortable. It was an affordable, convenient place to stay for the night before catching the ferry to Victoria. They let us park our car there for the day. I wish there had been a hair dryer in the room. They may have had one available but I didn't take time to ask. "

"The mountain and water views were spectacular! The hosts were also fantastic! Super-friendly, very respectful of our privacy but most definitely available for questions and suggestions for things to do. Also, every room had so much thought put into it that whenever we looked for something, we found it right where we would have put it. It really is a very well-thought out design. All this and the price was very reasonable. We are most definitely going to return there!"

"I don’t think this property welcomed pets. The room was clean, no bedbugs or anything. However it is a bit dated and the TV in our room wasn’t working. So we didn’t watch any movies or shows on our trip. If you want to save money and have a clean place to sleep I would recommend this. It is an older property and there was some wear and tear in the rooms and bit of black mold growing behind the toilet. It wasn’t the best hotel but it wasn’t the worst either, my sister and I made it work. "
