First, the staff is genuinely nice. The room was as shown in picture. The property is also remarkably close to downtown, a lot of restaurants and the ferry to Victoria. Be advised: the property was probably built over half a century ago. The room decor was updated, but it is still an old building. It is not soundproof from the passing by trucks on the street and noisy plumbing sound when you take shower. Other than that, the property is clean, the rate is fair, and I would go back again.

Water pressure was great and glad staff were first to reach out in case I was checking in late. They followed up with great instructions. Overall great if you are catching the ferry and greyhound bus it's just 10 mins away.
