Séjour très satisfaisant .

Suite à un court séjour de deux jours , bon accueil et appart hôtel très convenable . Un point tout de même à améliorer , une télévision bien disposée mais ne fonctionnant pas , aucune réception d'antenne.

Second séjour dans cet hotel, hyper bien placé sur la place de PortBail, personnel sympa. Dommage, un peu bruyant, du à quelques clients sortant du restau peu soucieux des autres... Mais nous reviendrons...

Hôtel très accueillant et soucieux du confort et sommeil de ses clients. Restaurant tenu par l'hôtelier, situé au rez-de-chaussée. Il ferme le soir à une heure très correcte pour dormir. Pas d’odeur et bien isolé des nuisances du resto.

Séjour agréable

L'hôtel est situé au coeur du village. Notre chambre était au premier étage, côté rue, juste au dessus de la terrasse du bar-restaurant. Nous n'avons pas eu de problèmes de nuisances sonores pendant notre séjour, les soirées étaient calmes mais je pense que cela peut arriver. La chambre est agréable, la déco sympa et la literie récente. Personnellement, je n'ai pas apprécié le surmatelas, trop moelleux. La salle de bain est petite mais bien équipée,et très propre. L'appart hôtel , contrairement à un hôtel, ne fait pas l'entretien des chambres, ni le changement du linge de toilette.Nous n'avons vu personne pendant notre séjour. Nous n'avons pas pris de petit déjeuner car ils n'étaient servis qu'à partir de 10 heures, à l'ouverture du bar. Par contre, il y avait une bouilloire et des dosettes de café dans la chambre.

Mostly excellent...

A lovely spacious apartment as a stopover before hopping on an early morning ferry. Only downside was that when I requested a plug for the bath I was told it was there the night before and that I should take a shower! 😧 Part of this “fawlty towers” moment was the language barrier, and that they also run a restaurant downstairs and seemed overly stretched and understaffed. Another member of staff later turned up to semi-apologise and try a plug (that didn’t work). Anyway, aside from this the stay was excellent and definitely worth it.

Séjour très agréable.

Arrivée le dimanche, jour de fermeture, nous avons eu un SMS pour nous donner le code de la porte et toutes les informations nécessaires. Pendant le séjour, un léger problème de plomberie a été réglé très rapidement. L'accueil est sympathique et le restaurant en bas est parfait, que ce soit pour une pizza à emporter ou un dîner plus gastronomique.

The door was closed..

Booked Le Cotentin Appartments on the day, via online booking system. Arrived to a closed door, and a non-contactable phone number. Sunday night in a foreign country..with nowhere to stay... Had to pay more to stay in alternative accommodation. Now we are being asked to rate our check-in, and our stay? While struggling to get a refund from booking agent... We couldn’t stay, the door was shut, it wasn’t a great situation.. Would recommend phoning the hotel in advance to make sure that your booking will be honoured. Portbail was a beautiful town; wish we could have stayed..

Personnel hyper accueillant, studios spacieux et bien entretenus. Le cadre de Portbail est très beau. Seul bémol : l'isolation sonore avec les appartements mitoyens n'est pas top, même si on connu pire, prévoir des bouchons d'oreille.
