We had a wonderful stay at this house. We spent many hours in the heated pool. The location was good, close to family who live in Port Charlotte. Kitchen was great to cook in.We were very happy with this stay. Hosts were very easy to work with and allowed a late check out which was so appreciated

Spacious Florida House

This property was great to stay in. Plenty of room for the whole family, the heated pool was awesome even on a cold week in Florida. The wide-open floor plan was ideal to watch football and TV with the family. I would highly recommend!

Wonderful House

If you are looking for a house to rent in Port Charlotte, this is the best! The owners provided everything you could possibly need and then some. It is beautifully decorated and very comfy. The pool was heated and the hot tub was great!! Very impressive property and would definitely stay again!

Golf trip

This house is perfect. With a group of friends here to golf, we all had plenty of room. Everyone enjoyed the pool and hot tub. It’s a very convenient location and a nice neighborhood. We had absolutely no complaints. Everything was great!

The photos do not lie. The place is huge and comfortable. The TV is worthy of any sporting event or movie. The kitchen is ah-mazing, Thanksgiving worthy. Snacks, coffee, plenty of linens all there.

Port Charlotte Visit

The house was just perfect for our stay in Port Charlotte! It was just as advertised, and all the pictures were accurate. The house was well supplied (understatement) and very clean and tidy. The girls really enjoyed the pool as did we the hot tub. It felt very comfy, cozy, and homey, and I would highly recommend. The home made our visit that much more relaxed and enjoyable.

This house was filled with all the little things that make a house a home. Any kitchen gadget you could think of, tons of towels, a variety of coffees, seasonings, bakeware, pots……. Not that we did much cooking while we were there. The beds were comfortable, neighborhood safe and quiet, and pool was clean and warm!

Family time

Unfortunately we had to travel for a funeral. But in the midst of grief family members were reunited and able to stay in this spacious home. There’s large rooms and extra roll out mattresses in the couch. The back yard is also a lovely place to pray and meditate. We were able to make the best of a difficult time. This home played a huge role in that.

The house was amazing! It was very clean and they kindly put snacks out that the whole family enjoyed! We are two families of four and there was plenty of room for us to spread out but also enjoy quality time together. Paul and Connie are very nice and responded to us quickly when we had questions or unsure about something. The kitchen is a dream and allowed for us to cook together as a family which we all loved. Time with the nieces

This was our second visit to this property, as we enjoyed it so much the first time! The property is just as advertised, clean, well maintained, well stocked, and has a very homey feel about it. Everything is in good order, and works as as one might expect. If you enjoy cooking at home, you will love the well stocked, efficient kitchen! The pool and hot tub are always perfect, and our nieces just loved their time using them. If you are planning a visit to the Port Charlotte area, this is a great property to consider.

Big. Clean. Well-stocked. Comfortable. We had eight adults in town for a Celebration of Life and the house was perfect for us. Two master suites with private bathrooms plus two other bedrooms - one with a queen and one with two full beds. The pool was clean. The AC works good. Thanks!

Awesome house

We immediately loved this house. Spacious, clean and equipped with everything imaginable. Loved cooking in the beautiful kitchen. Pool temperature was nice and warm. Hot tub perfect as well. We had a question for the hosts, and response was almost immediate. We had 5 women in our group. Beds were very comfortable and sheets so soft. Even I slept well. (I have extreme insomnia). I would highly recommend this rental!! We’re already talking about going again next year.

The BEST VRBO!

I’m not kidding when I say this was the best VRBO we have ever stayed at! It was exactly as described and honestly even better than described. It was a big beautiful house that was so cozy. We loved having the pool to play in with our little ones and the hot tub was so relaxing. Also so many fun parks close by to take walks in or take the kids to play! The hosts were incredible! When we asked to check in early they were so accommodating! They truly blessed us beyond measure because traveling with two babies a long way was hard. They had everything you could ever want when it comes to cooking, coffee bar, toiletries, laundry and dish detergent, etc. it was so amazing and we just couldn’t get over it! 10/10 would stay there again! Thank you for the incredible stay!

Christmas Vacay to Florida

When we pulled up to the house, it looked small feom outside. Once we got inside, the house was very spacious and extended quite a ways beyond what we expected from the photos. Our girls had their own wing of the house and loved the space to spread out out. Our son had his own king room with an ensuite, as did my husband and I. The only things that were different was that the TV was missing from the large master suite and some of the livingroom furniture appeared to be updated from the photos. Our stay was wonderful and it was quite awesome to be in an outdoor pool on Christmas (we are from Minnesota)! The owners had so many things stocked for us to enjoy during our stay that were unexpected, but very lovely. I don't think I have ever slept in a more comfortable bed! We would most definitely stay here again in the future!

Beautiful Home in Port Charlotte

This home is beautiful and so cozy. Stocked with everything to make your stay comfortable. The kitchen had beautiful dishes, plenty of pots and pans, keurig, microwave etc. Everything was provided for cleaning up and washing your laundry. The bedrooms are very roomy. The 2 king bed rooms have ensuite bathrooms. There is a bedroom with a queen bed and the other bedroom has 2 double beds. The house is very roomy with lots of space to sit. 2 dining rooms, a large living room and a den with more seating. The outside has a screened pool and just outside the screened area is a nice hot tub. The hot tub is covered. There is WiFi and the hosts are reachable if there is a problem. I totally recommend this home to anyone staying in the Fort Myers, Port Charlotte area. It’s in a quiet neighborhood close to shopping. We were there to visit family and hoping to go back again.

3 Generation Family Labor Day Vacay

If I could give more than 5 stars, I would!! The 8 people of our 3 generation family range from age 3 through 78 and everyone of our group absolutely loved this house. We all had our own bedrooms and the house was big enough that there was more than adequate space for all. We have rented more than 20 VRBO/HA properties and this was the most well appointed that we have ever been at. The owners had supplied us with everything we could have possibly needed including all toiletries, toilet paper, paper towels, Kleenex,etc. The owners left all of their own personal supplies available such as a complete first aid box, all sizes of storage bags, pool toys and towels and the list could go on and on. The pool and jacuzzi were wonderful. We didn’t cook, but there was every pot, pan and appliance available for use. All the beds were super careful and the sheet thread count was unbelievable!! The location of the house was close to everything we wanted to do. Obviously, we didn’t want to leave and we definitely will return. Thank you so much Paul and Connie
