Amazing nature - on the water with large pool! Centrally located to everything.

Amazing nature - on the water with large pool! Three bedroom with three full bathrooms. Extra Large Master Suite with walk-in shower and jetted bathtub. His and her closets. Glass sliders to lanai from a Master Bedroom, Queen size bedroom, and the living room has a wall full of sliders that open all the way up. Third bathroom in on lanai and air conditioned too! Enjoy the beautiful fresh water canal full of wild life. You'll see a huge assortment of birds, ducks, turtles galore, and it's even possible to see an alligator. This is the greatest location - you are near anything in Port Charlotte or Punta Gorda!

Close to Fawcett Hospital

Our family needed a home to stay in while supporting my dad through heart surgery. We were within 5ish minutes of Fawcett Hospital. The home was very comfortable, the pool and backyard were amazing and most importantly close to the hospital. Great place to regroup and unwind while supporting a loved one getting care at Fawcett.

Florida Nackly Home

Nice property, pretty home, master bed very uncomfortable, way too soft, two beds put together, livingroom couch hard to un-recline and the electric one didnt work. With no blinds or curtains on livingroom large windows, I felt like I was in a fish bowl at night and was uncomfortable. Especially when neighbor came around fence to talk to us on Sunday. The patio furniture high top table and chairs were uncomfortable for us and it was basically the only furniture to use on patio pool side. The other chair and table were broken. We were glad we brought two chairs from home for the beach, we had to use them by the pool. No extra toilet paper, one was like tissue paper, very thin. And the pool person added cold water to the pool and turned off the heater and the pool was too cold to use until we called the owner to find out how to turn on/up the heater, so we went to beach when we just wanted to chill out at the house, that is why we wanted a home with a pool. No local channels and no notes on what or how to use the tv stations.There were things we liked but not enough to make us come back to this home. Sorry.
