With a 30-night minimum stay, this home is the perfect place to settle in and experience the relaxed Florida lifestyle. Spend your days exploring Port Charlotte's beautiful beaches, parks, and local attractions before returning to your peaceful home away from home.



Please note that an HOA application must be completed within 3 days of booking. Reservations are contingent upon HOA approval. Failure to complete the HOA requirements will result in a denied reservation, and standard cancellation policies will apply.

The Atlantic hurricane season runs from June 1 through November 30, with peak activity typically occurring from mid-August through mid-October. While natural disasters are beyond our control, our policy regarding cancellations and refunds remains the same: if the home is habitable, no refunds will be issued. We strongly recommend purchasing trip insurance for added protection and peace of mind during hurricane season. If a named storm is forecast for the area, the following precautions may be taken (when possible by one person) and will remain in place until the storm has passed:

Outdoor dock furniture will be moved to a safe location.

Lanai furniture will be moved inside or secured against the home.

Televisions will be unplugged.

Trash cans will be secured against the home, unless trash pickup is scheduled within the next 48 hours.

Ice bins will be emptied, and ice makers will be turned off in case of a power outage.

Electric storm shutters will be closed. (Manual storm shutters are not installed.)
