Very nice place to stay last minute due to flights being cancelled from weather issues. Being from the Midwest it was a lot more than we are used to paying and were surprised by the cost of things at the restaurant and that there wasn't a continental breakfast. Very nice place though

Great team, excellent customer service. The hotel is clean, well-maintained, and is in a great location, just off Park Avenue. We gave one 4-star rating because the bathroom needed a touch-up, and the hair dryer was missing from the room. We will gladly come back!

The only disappointing factor was that the website did not advertise that the bar on site was closed due to remodeling. It would’ve been nice to know that, especially since we were visiting during a cooler time of year and had to walk in order to find a place to have an evening cocktail. Since that bar was closed, maybe they could’ve comped the price of beers in the hotel room bar, instead of charging eight dollars for a beer out of the fridge. Otherwise, it was a very convenient location to a lot of touristy areas, very close to subway station, and not at all in a dangerous part of the city. The room rates were also very decent. Everything was clean, and staff were able to tend to any of our needs. I would definitely stay here again.
