"There was a lot left to he desired at this hotel VITTORIA, Niagara. The couch was so dirty, it caused me & my girlfriend to start itching. The water flow in the shower was very weak, plus there wasn't any hot water available to our room, #811. The TV stations available were very limited & of no use, because only advertisements were shown on the TV stations. The parking was also a low point, because even though parking spots were available at the hotel's grounds, we had to park some distance away & walk in the rain & cold, back & forth. We also observed other vehicles parked at the hotel for multiple days. So even after we shared our concerns with front desk, we weren't even relocatedbto another room, which probably means that the other rooms were probably the same."

"I reserved a 1 room: King bed, view of the falls in January of 2026, after I found out that the Black Keys would be performing at the OLG concert hall. I not only booked it because I was traveling from 5 hours away, but because of the proximity to the venue because I have an illness that affects my lungs and prevents me from walking long distances. I arrived at the hotel at 7:30 in good spirits and excited to check-in quickly change out of my work attire and then then head to the show that was starting at 8pm. When I got to the front counter, I was immediately encountered with hostile attitude and unprofessionalism from the front desk and then the manager on duty. Who proceeded to wave her name tag in my face when I asked for her information. When I tried to check in, the front desk attendant tried to gaslight me, asking me if I was sure I had a reservation because she could not find me, I opened my app showed her my booking info and confirmation#. She then tells me "they gave my room away to an indigenous person and that it is a government law". I asked to speak to the manager who came out and basically told me I had no room, he proceeded to tell me They tried to call me the day before, but my voicemail was full, and that they could move me to the Wyatt, but my room was gone."

"We just wrapped up a two-day stay at Great Wolf Lodge, and honestly, it was one of the most vibrant experiences we’ve had in Niagara Falls. The standout feature was the open property—the layout is just fantastic, offering a sense of freedom as you move around. Our room was a bit of a trek from the lobby—it required a long walk through a corridor—but that was really the only drawback. The water park was a total blast—our kid was in heaven. We didn’t try the food, so I can’t comment, but the service stood out. Staff were always around, super friendly, and quick to help, even when the place was buzzing late at night. The whole property felt alive—no matter the hour, people were out, whether in the lobby or just wandering around the grounds. This was probably our 10th or 15th visit to Niagara Falls, but it was our first time staying here—and we’ll definitely be back. If you’re looking for a dynamic, always-awake resort in Niagara, this is it."
