"I enjoyed staying here. Great location and lots of underground parking. Staff were nice, especially the cleaning ladies. Construction starting at 7:30 am on weekdays. That wasnt ideal for trying to sleep in. However, I look forward to when the renos are done and the atrium itself is accessible."

"My family and I recently stayed at the Sheraton Vancouver Wall Centre and had a very comfortable experience overall. The room was clean, well-maintained, and provided a relaxing space after a long day of work and travel. I especially appreciated how tidy everything was upon arrival as it immediately set a positive tone for the stay. The staff were friendly and professional, and check-in was smooth even though we arrived quite late. A special thank you to Milton for his assistance—he was welcoming, efficient, and made the late-night arrival pleasant for us. Breakfast was enjoyable, with a good variety of options to start the day. It’s a convenient feature if you’re planning a busy schedule in Vancouver. For future travellers: if you’re arriving late, don’t worry, the front desk is accommodating, and the process is quick. Overall, I’d recommend this hotel for its cleanliness, helpful staff, and comfortable amenities in and around downtown. "

"After booking the room for the wrong date unintentionally, they refused to help me resolve the situation and said it was Expedia's problem. Called Expedia and they said it was the hotel's problem. After countless emails and phone calls it never got resolved. Terrible customer service!"

"We had a comfortable stay in a one bedroom suite here. The room was a bit dated but well situated in the city for all sorts of shopping and dining. Original Joes in the lobby, McDonald’s (for coffee) across the street. Easy walk to the sky train and good location for events at Roger’s arena. We usually come to Vancouver a few times a year for hockey games -we will stay here again."

"I thought the room was large, it was noisey there’s a hospital nearby and at times I could hear the sirens. They had a note that you could hang on your door if you wanted them not to clean. I put it on my door both nights. First night they didn’t clean. Second night they did. Which I didn’t ask for and was a bit upset by that. Staff was friendly. Beside that no complaints."

"The hotel has 2 restaurants and a sports bar, which is convenient. The hotel itself was clean and the staff was friendly. My only complaint was the carpet. I think rooms with carpet have a certain scent to them. "
