The staff were friendly and professional, and check-in was smooth even though we arrived quite late. A special thank you to Milton for his assistance—he was welcoming, efficient, and made the late-night arrival pleasant for us. Breakfast was enjoyable, with a good variety of options to start the day. It’s a convenient feature if you’re planning a busy schedule in Vancouver. For future travellers: if you’re arriving late, don’t worry, the front desk is accommodating, and the process is quick. Overall, I’d recommend this hotel for its cleanliness, helpful staff, and comfortable amenities in and around downtown. "

"After booking the room for the wrong date unintentionally, they refused to help me resolve the situation and said it was Expedia's problem. Called Expedia and they said it was the hotel's problem. After countless emails and phone calls it never got resolved. Terrible customer service!"

"I thought the room was large, it was noisey there’s a hospital nearby and at times I could hear the sirens. They had a note that you could hang on your door if you wanted them not to clean. I put it on my door both nights. First night they didn’t clean. Second night they did. Which I didn’t ask for and was a bit upset by that. Staff was friendly. Beside that no complaints."
