It's one bus ride away from Vancouver downtown, the surrounding area had cute little shops and timmies right under which helped start the day. Overall great property with great location for Vancouver visitors. One small note is the breakfast can use a small improvement as the options were mostly carbs (fries, bread, bagels, etc) and the food that was there is okay at best. Other than that amazing all around hence the 5 stars"
