"Stay here all the time when I come up for business from San Diego...in Jingletown area...get a waterside view to feel the escape, get a street side view if you like the Urban vibe. about a 40 min walk to Jack London, cross Park St. bridge for access to Alameda and a ton of restaurants and other amenities and shoreline. Breakfast is great also, sausage, hame, eggs, etc...in the buffet style serving dishes...bar and food onsite."

"Horrible, it says breaks was included and it wasn’t they said it was under construction which they should have said in the booking Also there was cops and so much commotion at 3 am The door lock wasn’t not working Horrible experience"

"Breakfast and food from the restaurant were great. Beautiful property and lots of amenities including daily happy hour and breakfast with made to order options. Only issue was the parking garage was having issues with parking passes but they had an easy fix for it."

"This place was listed as VIP with a free bottle of wine. But, it looks like they are giving a free bottle for everybody for celebrating 20 years. Checkin - we were there at 4pm for checkin, they said the room is in inspection and will be given soon. All the people who came after us for 1.5 hours were given a room. Peak time. Only we were left waiting. We waited for 1.5 hours and just stepped out. We got a message at 5:45pm that our room was ready, came back and checked into the room. Turn on TV and sign into Youtube, it freezes. Olive and Hay is so busy as an external restaurant, we didn’t get a seat, guests are not prioritized. Neither is there room service from Olive and Hay. We couldn’t sit down and have breakfast, we had to go elsewhere. Checkout is prompt, not given any additional time, because they had get the cleaning done. If thats the case, why didn’t we get the room at 4? It just ruined our evening and trip to Napa."
