Very disappointing stay in port el Kantaoui
We stayed for 2 nights with friends. The hotel is very old and tired and run down and not clean at all the pillows are mouldy and towels all stained . We had ants in our room crawling in the bed but I must say the receptionist tried very hard to assist from checking to resolve this . The food and dining is an experience in its self !! The hotel can’t help the guests but despite that the ambiance and quality of food is not even a rating . We ate out even at breakfast. Sadly I would not recommend this hotel .

One of the worst hotels in Tunis. Very dirty rooms the food is terrible this hotel shouldn't be rated at all.

Very helpful staff. This was my husband and my second time at the Mouradi Club.Would definitely go back again! We would like to thank Lotfee (reception), Adel and Nora (restaurant), Saeeda (cleaner) and Shahaib (animations team) who all made our holiday very enjoyable. We loved the walk down the amazing walkway, surrounded by beautiful flowers, to the beach. Lovely selection of outdoor/indoor and childrens pools and other great facilities. The restaurant logistics could be better managed in order to prevent queues in the self serve restaurant for certain items like omlette/fried egg/ pizza/fresh orange juice etc. We were disgusted and distressed to see the mountain of food left over and wasted by other ill mannered, thoughtless guests!

Tv does not work even after i ask to fix it . To reach your rom you have to pass in swimming pool area while you carry your luggage so my dauther sliped in the swimming pool and at this point one of my wifes pages got stolen and no cameras arround .

WORST EXPERIENCE EVER
Worst experience ever, rooms were nothing like it showed, personal had us waiting for long time! each time we asked for a more decent room, they sent us to a worse one! Finally we left the hotel and went back home disappointed. Do not trust these pictures, and expect an old smelly hotel.

Check in was terrible, Expedia didn't send the reservation confirmation to the hotel, hotel staff made me wait for like 2 hours, while Expedia agent was holding me on line trying to "solve the issue", it ended up me suggesting to pay cash while Expedia solves the situation so I can have a descent night of sleep. In the morning cash was reimbursed as it seems the issue was solved with Expedia. Bathroom not very clean, shower covers were dirty, bed not comfortable, breakfast is very bad... Was obliged to stay there while on a Business trip, won't do it again... even for tourism

Front desk :sweltering hot,unpleasant people, long wait to get your key ,rude manager offering you to leave if you have a concern.unorgenized restaurant.no security what so ever in the hotel,no surveillance camera anywhere.very dirty carpet throughout the hotel .this hotel deserve 1stars instead off 4 I do not recommend to anyone.

Une arrivée catastrophique car l'hôtel était fermé. Nous avons été balader d'hôtel en hôtel de la chaine. La chambre qui nous a été attribuée était humide, sale. Le sol restait toujours mouillé. Nous avons demander à changer de chambre, ce qui a été accepté. Une restauration qui n'est qu'une survie alimentaire, même la soirée repas tunisien était sans goût. Réprimande par la gendarmette à la sortie de la salle repas, lorsque l'on a voulu emmener quelques fraises dans la chambre, alors que nous avions vu trainer dans les couloirs des assiettes sale, encore rempli de bouffe non mangé. Les soins pris à la Thalasso sont sans huile essentiel, un hamann qui pu, une baignoire qui ne fonctionne pas, des massages qui réveille toutes les douleurs. Par contre, les animateurs sont sympa.

L'établissement est à proximité du Hard Rock café. De l'extérieur Il a l'apparence d'un 4* mais au final les chambre sont 3* mais il y a tout ce qu'il faut. pour info. Il n'y a pas de room service mais le personnel est très sympa.

Hôtel affreux, pas de climatisation dans les lieux communs ( réception, restaurant) sous 40 degrés ! Ingérable. Chambre avec du mobilier vieux et télé minuscule des années 80. Notre chambre était à 10 min à pied de la réception !!! Je ne vous parle de la nourriture... Pas d ascenseur alors que nous étions au 1er ! Une horreur vraiment a éviter !

Le réceptionniste m'a donné la chambre N° 814 sous forme d'une étable, une chambre insalubre, très sale, une très mauvaise odeur, l'humidité et suffocante dans les chambres, des meubles anciens usés, moquettes très sale, pas de wifi, pas de téléphone. Il a fallut ce plaindre plusieurs fois avant d’avoir une chambre à peu près correcte N° 629. Ce qui est certain, Il a essayé de me faire accepter une chambre qui ne pouvait être décrite que comme étable. c'est la déception totale. personnels bêtes, Personnel désagréable et non professionnels, un état choquant des chambres, la chambre que j'ai eu n'est pas la même que j'ai réservé. L'hôtel est très mauvais en termes de réception, la bouffe est très mauvaise, la chambre ne correspond pas aux photos sur le site internet.

Really bad hotel and experience
The most tragic hotel I've ever stayed at. The service did not exist, the receptionist was directly rude. He destroyed the whole trip by demanding more money for us to get the key. There were dead cockroaches on the floor in the room and the room seemed to have not been washed for a while. Worn and outdated. The restaurant was soggy and the food could be remembered as institution food, from a mental hospital. We had booked for 2 nights with checked out after one night. Thank you, God, that there is another hotel in Sousse.
