"There are a few awkward places to step, like by the bbq corner of deck, not a lot of room for error, very easy to misstep and fall off the deck and land on the stairs. The cottage is beautiful, comfortable, spacious, the location is stunning, and the screened in porch was an absolute added bonus. "The cottage was spacious and has a beautiful view of the lake from the open dining/living room area. We saw lots of wildlife, including a deer who visited us often, nibbling on greens near the cabin—my daughters named her “Petunia”. All of the sheets, blankets, and towels provided were freshly washed and ready! The kitchen has most everything you need. The kayaks were a big hit with my kids. Village of Westport is about 15 minutes away and is a beautiful! We enjoyed our stay very much."
