"Property in a central location, staff helpful and room spotless. Didn’t like the pull down bed, found it awkward to use. So much so, that it was not pulled down but slept on as a sofa. The main double bed was extremely hard, although I liked it, husband found it to be uncomfortable."

"Disappointed with the food, it was ok but a bit undercooked, some items missing, and service was a bit slow. The food used to be amazing here, the ingredients still seemed high quality but the preparation and taste wasn't as good as it used to be. The main disappointment was that the rules of the spa have changed and we were unaware we had to book the spa and could only attend at certain times which wouldn't have suited anyway. So we did not get to go to the spa as planned. In previous years this place has been great, hope it gets back there!"
