The room manager was also outstanding always prompt in answering any questions and quick to assist whenever needed. A special thank you as well to Mr Samuel and Tony for always keeping my room fresh, clean, and smelling wonderful during my multiple-night stay. Their hard work was truly appreciated. A special thank you to Peace from the restaurant, who was always smiling and making sure the service was the best every single day. Her positive energy made every meal more enjoyable. Lastly, I want to recognize the hardworking lady at breakfast who freshly prepared eggs for everyone each morning. She always made sure every order was correct, and I never once saw her make a mistake. Her smile, dedication, and cheerful spirit brought happiness to so many guests and made breakfast something to look forward to each day. "Good location and general condition of the facility is ok. However, the attitude of management and staff is deplorable, especially towards hotel reservations on Expedia. They show disdain towards Expedia reservations and when there’s a problem or issue to clarify or resolve they hesitate or bluntly refuse to contact Expedia and visit the consequences on the guest. Expedia needs to clarify and agree their modus operandi with this hotel."
