"My time here was great, the management and staff were wonderful. First there was a mix up in my reservation with orbitz and my flight came in earlier than check in time. The assistant manager personally still checked me in and the staff were great. I love the safe in the rooms so I knew my money and documents were safe. The breakfast was great. I had a wonderful 2 nights at this hotel and will definitely recommend it to a friend."

However, the attitude of management and staff is deplorable, especially towards hotel reservations on Expedia. They show disdain towards Expedia reservations and when there’s a problem or issue to clarify or resolve they hesitate or bluntly refuse to contact Expedia and visit the consequences on the guest. Expedia needs to clarify and agree their modus operandi with this hotel."
"The hotel is at a very good location. The staff were friendly and welcoming. But the AC in the room I stayed didn't work as well as the Wi-Fi. The room I reserved online was sold out before I arrived in spite calling the hotel that I was coming. I was given the only available room which was at a higher rate. "
"We never stayed because they did not honor our reservation through Expedia. They claimed that thethey do not do business with Expedia and could not access our booking. We were very disappointed that a company like Expedia will accept booking for a hotel that has no business with it. We ended up finding accommodation at a different hotel. "

"They are undoubtedly one of the best hotels I've stayed in. Staff are highly responsive whenever I call for something. Another good thing is they always checking up to know whether I need anything. Kudos to them"
"This property has no business in an international reservation system and are designed to cater to cash paying clients. Expedia is STEALING from both sides by hosting them on their site and lending credibilty. Had to pay out of pocket as it was too late to book another hotel after paying Expedia"
