"Although not exactly a "luxury" property, this condo has many nice features. The balcony offers a place to enjoy sun, view the SpaceX facilities off on the horizon and glimpse the gulf and bay. While not on the beach, there is a 10 minute walk using the back gate and heading down the road, through parking lots to the beach access next to the Seaside Bar & Grill.
