Casa Familia -Pebble Beach

Spacious Single Family Home with 3 bedrooms/2.5 bath with great features. Living room features a 58" TV and comfortable furniture with plenty of open living space. The Master bedroom has ensuite bathroom and King bed (TV - 43 inch). Front bedroom is a full-size bed with twin trundle. Middle bedroom is a queen size bed with twin XL trundle . There is one full bathroom in the hallway between the two bedrooms and one half a bathroom by the entrance. The well appointed kitchen has a large island that is perfect for cooking and conversation. 2 Car garage with a fenced backyard in a gated community. Guest have access to two swimming pools, professional PGA Golf Course (with fee access), Tennis Court, Fitness Room, and a Clubhouse. All inside a gated community. Activities nearby – beach, Gulf of Mexico, fabulous restaurants, museums, shopping, dolphin watching, fishing, parasailing, shelling, bird watching, horseback riding, and wild life preserve .
