The Seahorse- 7 Hac

  • Spend your next getaway at this beautiful Hacienda Town Home at the SPI Golf Course. This Hacienda Town home is a 3 bedroom ,2.5 bath with 2 car garage located on the fairway one story building with 1,760. sq. ft . It has a patio deck with a gas barbecue grill where you can sip your morning coffee and enjoy the sunrise . The unit has a beautiful view of hole # 9. This Hacienda includes everything but you and your guest. You will find that this community is a quiet, peaceful and relaxing place to be with a short drive to the beach on South Padre Island. Entertainment amenities are cable, TV and WiFi throughout the home. It has central air conditioning, central heating, in unit laundry machines, parking and much more.

    The master bedroom has a king bed with a flat 32" screen TV for nighttime viewing. It comes with a deep soaking tub and full bathroom. The 2nd bedroom has a Kind bed with a 32" TV and the 3rd bedroom has 2 Full Size Bunk Beds with a 32" TV with a full bathroom in the hallway. The living room has an open area for movie gathering.

    The South Padre Island Golf Club has a beautiful Golf Course, a driving range, Pro Shop, 2 heated pools ( one pool is located by the club house and 2nd pool is located by the HOA office), a tennis court, a wonderful restaurant and a fitness room for your pleasure. You can take a quick stroll to the shared amenities at the South Padre Island Golf Course Club and enjoy a meal or happy hour at the restaurant. The community has a 24 hour gated security.
