Located in the beach area and 500 meters from the resort center, the "Le Marina" Residence is a small, single-story building facing the sea.

This vacation apartment comprises a living room with a double sofa bed and television, a fully equipped kitchenette, a shower room, and a bedroom with two bunk beds and a single bed.

The residence is located near the shuttle bus stop that takes you to Port-la-Nouvelle, next to the beach shopping center for your convenience.

The advantages of this vacation rental include a loggia and terrace with garden furniture and sea views, as well as shared parking.

End-of-stay cleaning is included.
