"Very bad front desk and maid service! I had to ask for basic things (shampoo to be filled) multiple times. The front desk late night person was argumentative when I questioned why he was making a copy of my driver's license and did not display the professional demeanor that I am used to at other companies. "

"Although this resort is showing some age it is still in good condition and maintained. One of my concerns is several of the units I have stayed in have no garbage disposal in the kitchen area. The furnishings are okay but not real comfortable and this last unit I stayed in had discoloration and rust spots along the top of the tub. I will stay here in the future unless the property and units decline."

"No Housekeeping on entire stay (3days), Front Desk Associate 7-3 shift poor customer service asking for Expresso Coffee, dont want to make it. Breakfast Poor, Coffee not flavor on it. No muffins on Continental Breakfast?. "

"Rooms were great and very clean and organized, it felt brand new. The smoke in the casino is a downer but expected. They do have some smoke free areas, but our journey with friends didn't take us there. Great property"

"The home is beautiful and the amenities are very nice. Location is great to reach Fort Myers and Babcock Ranch."

"We enjoyed staying at the house! The beds were comfortable and enjoyed having 2 kitchens! Plenty of room in the house! We had a blast playing volleyball in the pool, catching fish in the canal, sitting around the campfire at night and using the paddle boards & kayaks. We also rented a pontoon from Sunny Cape Boats! It was fun to tour around in that also. We would definitely recommend it!! Thanks!! "
