Their phone hasn't worked so I couldn't call down to the desk. Also they claimed that they never received payment from Expedia so everyone who registered that way had to give them a credit card again even if we paid in full already. I got the payment taken off, but not sure if they were trying to scam us

I liked the room and hotel, looked nice clean. Didn't like, towels were rationed a bit too much and access to the pool. The staff wasn't very helpful to accommodate seating.

From the first person who checked us in (Lucy) to Jay, the concierge to Andre, one of the excellent bellman our stay was perfect. Will never stay at another place in New York. Rooms were great, rooftop bar was beautiful and had great cocktails. Great location especially if you are theatre people. Walked everywhere easily! 5+stars

"Beds were comfortable, room a/c was good. Did not use bar or restaurant. The bath showed its age a bit, a lot of patching around base of toilet and on the walls in a few places. Overall a good, clean place to stay very convenient to the roads."
