Waterfront Home (Up Unit) near the ICW TOTALLY RENOVATED in early 2024. Wonderful View from Sundeck...a favorite of returning clients for the price and location! Walking distance from the Fishing Center bait and boat ramp. You will be renting the UPSTAIRS ONLY of this home and the owner of the home may be in the down unit while you are there so be sure you realize this before booking, they are great folks...use of 1 Boat Lift/Stall. Limited Parking Available--use rental office for overflow parking

Nice set up for a week/weekend for a fishing group. The slip and cleaning station was convenient. The temperpedic mattress was a nice surprise after a day on the water. Highly recommend.

The owner has done a beautiful job remodeling. The layout of the place was fantastic. First time to have a place with a boat sling. Was great having my boat out of the water. A/C was awesome during the hottest month of the year:) As a constructive request, it would have been nice to have the ROKU pin to be able to login and watch the Astros. Also would be nice to have Wi-Fi.

Old fish camp
This house needs some fixing up and paint. Carpet in the bathrooms and old unsafe stair cases. Parking is non-existant for use as a fisherman’s place.
