Location, Location!! Only Steps to Froggies Boat Ramp and Bait dock

  • This is a cute home on stilts, in a great location, Just steps to Froggies Bait dock & Sisters gift shop. Walking distance to 5D steak house, Mamas Kitchen, and others. Tons of parking space. Enough room to accommodate several boat trailers and vehicles comfortably. Launch your boat at Froggies and park your truck/trailer at your front row, private parking, right at the house. You can relax on the front porch and enjoy watching all the activity at the boat ramp or hang out downstairs. You can walk to several of the nearby restaurants and shops or Take a short drive to the other shops and stores in the area. The beach is also just a short, few minute drive. Right down the block there is also a place that rents golf carts. The upstairs is the main living space in the home with 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. The master bedroom has a king size bed and adjoining bathroom with vessel sinks granite countertop and tiled shower. The 2nd bedroom has a queen bed. The 3rd bedroom has 2 twin beds. The 2nd upstairs bathroom has a vessel sink, granite countertop and tiled shower. The kitchen has all new stainless appliances, wine fridge and granite countertops. There is also a laundry room upstairs with a washer and dryer. The dining room has a counter height table. The living room has a leather sofa and love seat and a 75" smart TV. Ceiling fans throughout the home and lots of windows to let in all the POC light. Outside, the porch runs the length of the house, faces the intracoastal waterway and has nice breezes with excellent views of the intracoastal, boatramp and froggies! The 4th bedroom is downstairs, it is the overflow "buddy room'. This bedroom has a twin over double bunk bed, and adjoining bathroom. Outside the home downstairs is an octagon picnic table and a conversation table for hanging out visiting. This home is very conveniently located in P.O.C close to shopping, restaurants, and boat launch. Many places within walking distance. others are just a short drive. Enjoy your stay in Port O'Connor!

Thank You for having us for our 2nd Year. The house is perfect fit for our group. Lots of activity watching boat ramp and seeing the intercoastal. Way better than being across the main road. Another Awesome Fishing Trip

This place is very accommodating for fishing, relaxation, and entertainment. Plenty of room for 8 Marines to enjoy for R&R while we reminisce of our days on the Corps. The parking for boats is great. Living and outdoor spaces are very comfortable and inviting. This is the first year we have stay the entire week, and we will do it again next year. Boat ramp watching is cheap entertainment. Marty is a very gracious host. We did not want for anything.
