I would especially like to commend Mr. Nestory, whose professionalism, attentiveness, and dedication to guest satisfaction are second to none. He consistently went above and beyond to ensure my stay was comfortable. Whenever a minor issue arose, he addressed it promptly and efficiently. Equally impressive was the respect, kindness, and genuine courtesy he extended to every guest, reflecting exceptional leadership and a true passion for hospitality. My sincere appreciation also goes to Erika and the entire reception team. They were warm, welcoming, knowledgeable, and always ready to assist with a genuine smile, making every interaction a pleasure. The restaurant staff were equally exceptional. "This hotel is at the top in Dar es Salaam. The room was very comfortable, clean and beautiful with good working air conditioning, multiple outlets for charging, great large bathroom with separated shower, plenty of quality body and face towels, great coffee and tea station with hot kettle, microwave and small refrigerator. Breakfast included had multiple options, and was a delicious full meal with eggs, sausage or bacon, potatoe, toast, fruit, juices, and coffe and tea. Outstanding for amy traveler."
