We can’t thank Fanoyria, Melanie & Erica at the front desk enough! They were so lovely and welcoming. They made our stay all the better for it. We were celebrating our anniversary and they so graciously upgraded our room on the second night once they got the availability for it. They were always very communicative through WhatsApp whenever we needed something for the room.
The rooms itself were amazing, a view of the Caldera to die for.

The Villa is gorgeous; the hot tub, facilities, room, bathroom were all top class however the location was the most amazing part for us.
