I had a wonderful stay! The staff were incredibly helpful and friendly, and the rooms were spotless and very comfortable. I would definitely recommend this hotel.

Room and location were wonderful! However our internet never worked and every time we tried to get the staff to help, we were told "you have an American iPhone so it's not going to work" which makes absolutely no sense. Then another time, we were told it's really windy on the island so sometimes wifi doesn't work, once again didn't really make sense as we were able to connect at all the local restaurants.

I enjoyed everything about this experience. The view was phenomenal. The staff was very kind and helpful. The rooms and surrounding areas were very clean and well kept. The only thing that was not good was the breakfast. The scrambled eggs were runny and there wasn’t much variety. Luckily there are several restaurants nearby to walk to that have great breakfast. Besides that the entire experience was beautiful. Every morning waking up to the ocean view and he white structures of Oia was fascinating. It felt unreal. The hotel is also 3-5 min walk from the famous blue dome churches.

The views from this hotel are incredible. The staff is very helpful. The breakfast is great. If you are scared of heights, this may not be for you. It took me a day to adjust. The rooms are very small and we felt a little claustrophobic. The beds are not big enough for two people. But everything else was excellent

Incredible View and Breakfast. Our room was 88 steps from the top , but the hotel staff brought our luggage . The transfers from the port and to the airport were seamless . It’s quite private but only steps away from all the action .. hot tub was only warm and the jets were not very strong , but nice in the morning sun . I’m assuming because it was a cave room , each day there would be small white particles on everything .. I would choose it again!

Terribly steep stairs and lots of them, very dangerous and slippery when it rains…no enclosed area for breakfast in case of rain. No lounge area in case of rain only umbrellas which won’t keep you dry. Breakfast is mediocre…No water options, no ice options, and front desk is not customer service oriented! We stayed at Deos the Set in Mykonos days before here and it was a completely different more hospitable luxury experience. Rooms need to be upgraded. Only stay here for the view and if you are in great shape and aren’t afraid of heights, but not the view from the room our room view wasn’t that great. The outside view from the patio is beautiful.

The room was very small and the pictures definitely were misleading and the tub was very very small. Maybe one small person can fit in. The views are immaculate tho but tbh you can get that view anywhere in oia with the price we paid. Daily breakfast was nice tho and the staff was super friendly and carried our bags thru all the hills which was a life saver!!

Great location and views of the Caldera! Lovely staff who were helpful and attentive to our needs! Yes, there are steps, but you know what you’re getting yourself into staying in Santorini and in Oia too! They are manageable and certainly made worth it when you arrive at the property and into one of your cave rooms. The only issue I had was not having much opportunity to sunbath around the pool and we had to utilise other decks where the sun loungers were situated. I would recommend this place to my family and friends. Thanks to all the staff at Caldera premium villas!

Spectacular views of the Caldera and various vistas. Excellent location for first timers to Santorini. Arranged excellent airport transfers. The baggage porters were essential and much appreciated. Fantastic breakfast with pleasant chef. This hotel is perhaps not ideal for those with mobility issues due to plethora of steps involved.

The staff here is very accommodating, professional, and warm. We were greeted very well. The rooms are very nice, close to all restaurants and amenities, and a very short walk to the bus stop. We had minor issues with our hot tub and they acted on it and fixed the issue immediately. Would recommend and stay here again

I reserved this hotel with a plunge pool that was supposed to have a sea view. My private pool faced the rocks and the host explained that the view was from the front door of my suite. The stairs to the property were very steep and slippery, had to wear tennis shoes the whole trip. Hotel provided porters to carry luggage up and down stairs which was a life saver. Location was close to everything with the property having an amazing view. No restaurant, no poolside bar, only a basic continental breakfast. One drinking water provided in room upon arrival but not replaced daily. $4 euros for a bottle of water. Continental breakfast included was very basic. Shower did not drain well.
