"Very accommodating. Stefano allowed early check-in and he was so kind to drive us to the Milazzo train station. The place is easy to find and Stefano is easy to contact by phone or WhatsApp. Kitchen is stocked with treats, coffee, tea, milk, bread, jams. He has a beautiful patio. Under a lemon tree and he allowed us to take some lemons home. The place is very clean and comfortable. Would love to come back and enjoy the beautiful beach right in front of the house."

"My friend was unable to get full WIFI to do work from her room. After paying for a room with a View, she had to go down to the hotel office to try to get work done without a view during our full stay. I did not receive service as quickly as couples did as I was eating alone or when at the beach bar table area. Ignored."

The owners went above and beyond to make our stay enjoyable and assisted us with everything we needed. They helped arrange a boat trip, assisted with laundry and luggage, and took the time to explain local customs and recommend wonderful places to visit. Their personal attention and genuine hospitality made us feel like family rather than guests. If you are looking for a place where people truly care about your experience, I highly recommend Donna Rosa Hotel. We would gladly stay here again and thank the entire team for making our trip so memorable."

"This hotel was the highlight of our Sicily trip and my only regret is not staying there longer. The Aeolian Islands are a must see and stay here when you do. Everything is top notch at this hotel. The service and warm staff are just the icing on the cake. The views, amenities, food, drinks, all of it is top notch! We cant say enough amazing things about this hotel."

"The hotel was just OK. Pretty dated and not sure if it was damaged because of the storm or they were just doing it up but wasn't great. Pancrazio was really nice in the bar but only really breakfast served in terms of food. Not an issue as we wanted to eat out but dont expect much in the way of food at hotel. Overall the hotel was just ok, paying mostly for the location which to be fair is very good as long as your mobile. Please don't book if you cant make it up and down the very steep hill from the road to the hotel entrance. Fine for us but I can see how people could struggle."
