"Bar was great, convenient and friendly staff. Front desk staff, Leo, was helpful and friendly. Clean rooms even if a little outdated. The area had a devastating natural disaster a few months ago so the area has a lot of construction which did not interfere with our stay."

"The hotel is very good, very clean. Fantastic view from the breakfast room on the fourth floor. The service is very polite. I appreciate the freshly squeezed orange juice. One thing that surprised me was that when checking out, I was told that I had used the mini bar, which was not true."

"As a Hotels.com Gold member, I was genuinely surprised by this stay. The check-in communication was nonexistent, so I had to reach out myself just to get inside. The lighting was controlled by a single key, making it awkward for two guests, and the host was inflexible about that, telling me I should not have removed the key for the light from the entrance keys. He was also quite pushy about a four-euro tax, insisting on a wire transfer and then calling and messaging multiple times over it. The breakfast was just a coffee and pastry at a bar, only available from 7:30 until 9 AM, which means if you sleep in, you miss it. 9 AM is too early. On top of that, at 8 AM, I was woken up by vacuum cleaner noises because they were cleaning the hallway and all the other rooms. It’s just one hallway with rooms on either side, so you hear everything. And lastly, the bed was wobbly and any movement woke the other person up. Overall, I don’t understand why this place has such a high rating. It really wasn’t a welcoming or comfortable stay."
