"The room was excellent. The location is perfect and all staff were very helpful with a particular shout out to Flavia who helped us on checkout. The rooftop restaurant is exceptional and worth going up for a drink at sunset if nothing else."

"The staff were all very pleasant& helpful. Anything I requested was provided promptly & with a smile. The honesty bar was great so easy to serve yourself. The SPA was good although I do feel a reduction for hotel guests rather than SPA customers would be beneficial. The hotel was further from the centre than anticipated but taxis easily obtained by the helpful reception team. Solo travellers are caught with high taxi fares. Maybe a hotel shuttle on the hour to the centre for a nominal fee for guests could be investigated in the future as im suremany use it as a baee to explore the area as i did so a connection to the bus/ train station would be ideal. Food was delicious both breakfast & dinner, although I wasn't informed I could order hot items via the QR code at breakfast however, I had all I could eat. Lastly to be sdvised the restaurant was closed when I arrived on my first day as a solo traveller wasn't ideal. Thankfully a pizza parlour a few metres away was open. All in alli had a lovely stay & am staying in an Una Hotel in Venice in November so I hope its just as good. Clare"

"Ottima soluzione per soggiorni di media e durata. L'appartamento è dotato di ogni comfort: lavatrice, lavastoviglie, forno, aria condizionata e griglia barbecue in terrazza. L'appartamento si sviluppa su due piani (tre se si conta la mansarda, dove c'è la zona lavanderia e il terrazzino), con una camera da letto e un bagno per ogni piano. Il centro storico di Catania dista circa 8-10 minuti con l'auto. Nei pressi dell'appartamento troverete comunque diversi posti dove mangiare e supermercati. Grazie a Laura per averci ospitato"

"The hotel overall is clean and comfortable. Staff is helpful and breakfast is decent. Since we are driving, the big parking lot on site is very helpful. We have good experience with the hotel. Highly recommended especially when you are driving."
