Quaint 3 bedroom 2 bath home, just a block away from the beach! Located just a couple miles south of the famous Dayton Beach, our home is conveniently located close enough to all the sites and attractions while offering a retreat from the hustle and bustle when relaxation is desired. Our home has been completed renovated recently, offering modern comforts with a beach side vibe. So come enjoy your days on the beach catching the sun rays and spend the evening in our cozy home or out on the town enjoying the night life.

Clean & Convenient to Speedway

We enjoyed our stay. It was clean and convenient. Only drawback was the bunk beds. As other reviewers had mentioned, they were very rickety for adult sized teens. Owner was prompt with replies and agreed to inspected the bunks next day. Upon return from an excursion, we found the bunk bed frame had been removed and the mattresses laid on the floor. While it was definitely safer, it was not ideal. If sturdy bunks were provided, we would have had no complaints.

Family and beach time

Our family of 4 plus Grandpa enjoyed our stay here in December! The common areas are plenty big for all of us and we enjoyed the beautiful beach just a block away. The top bunk was a little rickety for my teen son. Thanks for a great stay!

Best trip

This was the best trip I had ever been on. The house was in fantastic shape when we arrived and everything was as it said it was. The only thing is one of the bikes didn't have a chain, but other than that it was fantastic.

Quick Weekend Getaway

The location of this house was absolutely perfect and we fell in love with the area! The house was very clean and accommodating. Would definitely recommend and can’t wait to stay again!

Clean and convenient

The property was clean and as advertised with only a couple of exceptions. The listing stated two bikes were available for usage, only one was present and in non working condition. While the house was clean the Febreeze plug ins were so overwhelming and headache inducing, that we had to remove them during our stay. Our check in process was as advertised except that on arrival (1/2hr past check in) the cleaning folks were still there, unaware of our arrival, which in turn delayed our check in. Lucas was very responsive to our messages. Otherwise, our stay was easy, comfortable, and convenient to the beach and our destinations!
