Desk staff were the best. The beds were very comfortable. They had rennovated our bathroom, but their contractor was 'lacking' needed skills.

Room was clean. Bed was very comfortable. Staff entered my room 2 times while I was there. They were not house keeping. This location is more of an apartment complex than a motel for travelers. The price was fair.

Police were always at the Day's Inn in Port Richey. The hotel in Punta Gorda was excellent. The hotel in Cape Coral was a party house.

Cleanliness was good. But it was a non smoking room but must have had years of smokers because it was quite strong. Even my hair smelled like smoke when I got home.
