"Turquoise bay was the most relaxed resort I have ever been to the staff are what make it shine but the one part I have to say is the beach is basically yours until the cruise ships come then it’s crazy but they come in a. Few times during week and the whole bottom beach bars food everything at beach is shut down when there are no boats !! All inclusive it is but at specific times for food drinks are allways available I would definitely come again food was ok and the hidden jewell about this place is the farm they have behind it !!!!! All there food is grown there eggs and so many cool animals roaming everywhere!!!! "

"The room was cleaned daily and restocked with fresh bottled water. There were a few stand-out servers: Gektor and Andy specifically. Everyone was friendly and accommodating, from the security staff to the entertainment staff to the hotel staff. We were welcomed as if we had come “home”."

"Great location in a beautiful setting. Every staff member was amazing- always friendly and willing to help. Very clean with lush landscaping. You can actually swim to the reef for snorkeling from the end of their pier. We ate almost all of our meals on site, because the food was so good. Staff is very helpful & provided great recommendations for tours and other activities. Transportation is super easy and inexpensive."

"The room had a fair strong, strange smell. The complimentary airport shuttle service was inadequate. When arranging a ride to the airport, the only late morning options were 0930 and 1230 departures. As a result, my 0930 was completely packed and my fold down seat was uncomfortable. With a full van, ALL of the bags were put in a second van that broke down halfway to the airport. Our driver left us wondering at airport curbside without explanation of our baggage delay. Turns out he retrieved the bags from the broken van. But no apology for the 25 minute delay. If the hotel offered service every hour, or at least every 90 minutes (say 0730,0900,1030,1200), then the ride would not have been uncomfortable, and the bags could have accompanied the passengers. The room was very reasonably priced, but I can’t recommend this hotel as I experienced it."

"No one spoke English. No amenities were available. Restaurant was closed. Very difficult to get to. Nothing was within walking distance."
