Beachfront Condo/Pool at Surfside. Best view too! Perfect 2BR/2BA Sleeps 6

This condo is brand spanking new 2 years after Hurricane Michael! Great balcony with elevated chairs overlooking gulf with unobstructed view clear to Port St. Joe and the Cape. Small pool with seating area. Comfortable mattresses on both beds, and upgraded mattress on pull out couch. Wonderful area in Mexico Beach, easy to walk to everything. Kitchen fully furnished with extras like crockpot and blender for cocktails. Beach towels/chairs for the beach. You're gonna love this place!

All monthly rentals will be charged an additional $200 monthly utility fee and $190 total cleaning fee..

CHECK-OUT PROCEDURES:
1. Please check out no later than 9:00 am (housekeeping starts at 9:00 am).
2. Load and start the dishwasher. USE ONLY DISHWASHER SOAP
3. Please wash the beach towels and bath towels and start in dryer prior to departure.
4. Empty the fridge (discard food) and please take the trash out, there is a dumpster at north end of building behind a fence.
5. Remove used linens from beds.
6. Remove used linens from sleeper.
9. Please close the balcony sliding door and make sure the front door latches.


UPDATE 3/18/21: Our building and little town were devastated by Hurricane Michael 10/10/18. The Surfside building was severely damaged and the roof was 2/3 gone. Most of the homes near us were either blown down or washed away. 100% of our buildings were destroyed or damaged. 80% were uninhabitable. Unfortunately our wonderful pier was destroyed. Our beach is pristine after being sifted for debris, dunes rebuilt with sea grass replanted and thriving. New fencing and walkways are complete, pictures at the end. I live here and the beaches are very private now. Rehab work on our building wasn’t started until December 2019. All of the condos are finished. There are now condo buildings and homes that are back online to rent. Our condo will be rented for the 1st time on 3/27/2021. I have added pictures as construction has progressed so you can see what we were dealing with and where we are now. I also added pictures of our beautiful beach.

Excellent - the property was in a perfect location. Easy walk to the beach. The condo was nice and had everything we needed. The host was friendly and communication was excellent. I highly recommend that you make the 40 minute drive to Cape San Blas Beach and pay the 6 to get in the state park. The beach is beautiful and the water is clear and blue. I highly recommend eating at Killer Seafood, Mango Marley's, Indian Pass Raw Bar, Hunt's Seafood and PSJ Grill. My wife said to add Caribbean Coffee shop.

Best Beach Trip Ever

This property and Mexico Beach combined for our best beach trip ever. This beautiful condo was excellent and had everything we needed including easy access and parking. Fantastic view of the gulf and right on the beach. Best of all, it was so quiet and peaceful! The owner was great and ensured we had a wonderful stay!

Day trip

We only had a short time to go to the beach and we were pleasantly surprised to find such a perfect place to stay on such short notice. The condo is very nice and right on the beach. The owners were extremely helpful to make sure our stay was enjoyable. We will definitely be staying here again next time we come to Mexico Beach. I highly recommend staying here.

Wonderful spring break escape

We arrived early and property was clean so we were allowed to check in. The parking is under the building so car was shaded the whole trip. Easy access to beach and a short walk to a general store. Condo was clean and the communication with property manager was easy!

We loved the Condo! Super nice and very clean!! Beautiful beach, not crowded. Not a lot of places to eat, so come prepared! Only complaint would be the noise of construction worker's blasting their music!!! Other than that, beautiful location!

Great stay!

The condo was clean and well laid out. It's an inviting and comfy place to stay. Beach chairs and towels are provided and they're in good condition. The location was perfect-easy to find, great view and just a few steps to the beach. It's a quiet, friendly and safe spot for a family vacation. The pool is small but our tweens enjoyed it anyway. A couple of caveats about the area: there's not a larger grocery store for 20 minutes but there is a small market. One shop owner did say that they'll have another market by next year. There are not a ton of eating options, but we were also told that more sit down restaurants will be available in the year to come.

The perfect mother/daughter vacation

My mom and I go on vacation every year to a different beach. This year we picked Mexico Beach and we were both so happy with this condo!! We had coffee on the balcony each morning after an early morning walk on the beach. We would lay in the sun during the day and then also have a late evening walk on the beach. The sunsets were breathtaking!!! There are lots of shells at the waters edge. There were so many sea creatures we saw daily. We saw a dolphin and a nurse shark one day. There were also needlefish, several different types of small fish and lots of crabs close to shore. The condo was perfect for my us! They provide beach towels, chairs & umbrellas which was nice and we got a lot of use out of! The kitchen is well stocked with almost everything you need. There are not a lot of stores or restaurants IN Mexico Beach but we drove to Port St Joe or Callaway & Panama City to stock up on things and eat out a couple of times. It's not a bad drive either way you go. We mainly just ate in our room so we could enjoy as much time at the beach as possible. That is the main reason we go during the off season: to enjoy the beach together when it isn't too crowded. There is plenty of parking under the building and it was very easy to find! The hostess Ethann is very communicative and we even got to meet her by chance. We both would recommend this condo to anyone wanting a nice, peaceful get-a-way!
