    THE LAYOUT
    Single-level home, no stairs. Sleeps 10 in beds, plus a sofa bed and air mattress for up to 12.
    - Bedroom 1: king bed, TV
    - Bedroom 2: queen bed
    - Bedroom 3: kids' bunk room with two bunk beds (sleeps 4)
    - Bedroom 4: queen bed
    - Living room: sofa bed and air mattress
    - Two full bathrooms, one with a double vanity, walk-in shower and soaking tub

    - 6-seater golf cart
    - Paddleboards, beach cruiser bikes and boogie boards
    - Beach chairs and towels
    - BBQ grill, board games, outdoor shower
    - Crib, travel crib and high chair

    GETTING AROUND
    The beach boardwalk is a 5-minute walk. The heated resort-style pool is at the end of the street, and WindMark's shops, restaurants and live music are a short golf cart ride away.

    Please note that there are NO video cameras inside the house. While our home is equipped with an ADT security system, the built-in video feature is not active, and we do not have access to any recordings or live footage. The system is in place solely for the security of the home itself. The only active cameras are the garage camera, driveway camera, and doorbell camera for security purposes only.

    Golf Cart Disclaimer:
    Use of the golf cart requires a completed and signed waiver prior to use. A credit card hold for incidentals will also be placed on the card provided at the time of booking. The hold is used to cover any potential damages, loss, or other incidentals related to the golf cart and will be released following the rental period, provided there are no applicable charges.

Wonderful get away!

We were looking for a less crowded beach vaca and loved every minute of this trip. Windmark is adorable and this house had everything we needed. Only complaints (from the teens😂) were that they didn’t have TV’s in the rooms for movies at night and wanted a little more seating in the living room. Overall an excellent stay and the golf cart, beach gear and paddle board were just icing on the cake. The hosts went above and beyond anytime we had an issue and I would not have to twice booking again💫

The perfect vacation house!

The older kids loved being able to ride the bikes & golf cart to the beach & pool by themselves. The hosts are super attentive & respond fast if you have any questions. The canal in the back yard was the perfect view. There was more than enough room for our age gapped kids. The house was SO clean & we had everything we needed (besides the groceries obviously) thanks to the hosts! The golf cart was so convenient & everything was perfect honestly! We will definitely be coming back!

The property is set in a subdivision the beach isn’t far either with the help of the golf cart. There’s a community pool within walking distance with lots of chairs available to sit on. The house is very nice. The bedrooms are of nice size we were 11 and were comfortable.

What a great house for a family vacation. We went with our family of 5 (and dog) plus friends for the kids and there was plenty of room for everyone. House is really close to the pool and beach, and the golf cart made everything so accessible. Drove it to nearby windmark village a few times as well. Beach was never crowded so there was no worry about getting there early to set up shop. Couple notes for future renters: Bring your own chairs because while they have some there, they’re not in the best shape. Also, the grill is charcoal (not my favorite) so you’ll need to pick some coals up if you want to cook outside. There’s not much to do if it rains, so pray for good weather. Nearby Port St Joe is a cool little town with lots of shops and restaurants. The pizza in windmark village was good and there’s a spot to buy booze there too so that’s convenient. If you want ice cream, get in the car and go to Port St Joe. More bang for your buck. Overall my family and their friends really enjoyed our stay there and we’d certainly rent again if we head back down there.

House was great! Very clean, very well stocked. The golf cart was a great bonus too, it made getting to the beach a lot easier and it was fun to cruise around the neighborhood in too!
