Bettie's Beach House

My beautiful, quaint beach house has amazing views of the Gulf of Mexico. We sit on the north side of Hwy 98 and that is all that stands between us and the beautiful Gulf of Mexico. It is maybe a 3 minute walk to the beach. On arrival, you will be greeted by a nice front porch with seating for 4 for relaxing and enjoying the Gulf views. This is a roomy, 2 bedroom home. The living room is furnished comfortably and includes a flat screen television and dvd player for your viewing pleasure. We have cable tv and Wifi is also included. The kitchen is well stocked for your cooking and dining needs. There is also a roomy pantry for storage. The dining room has a dining table with seating for 4. There is also an island with seating for 2. There is a washer and dryer that are located right off of the kitchen for your personal use. There is also a 3/4 bathroom downstairs with a shower. Upstairs you will find two bedrooms and a large bathroom featuring double sinks and a garden tub with shower. The Master Bedroom features a king sized bed, dresser, chest of drawers, recliner and flatscreen television with dvd player. There is also a deck off of this bedroom with seating for 4 to enjoy the beautiful views of the Gulf of Mexico. What better way to start or end your day than relaxing on the upstairs deck or front porch overlooking the Gulf of Mexico. The second bedroom is furnished with a queen sized bed, chest of drawers, vanity and flatscreen television and dvd player. The outside deck on the west side of the house features a picnic table and gas grill for your enjoyment. I also have a dockbox on the deck that has beach chairs, boogie boards and beach toys for your use. You will find a wagon under the front porch for transporting your things to the beach and back. There is also an outside shower on this deck for rinsing off after a relaxing or fun filled day at the beach. If you don't feel like cooking, I sit directly behind Killer Seafood for some great seafood, or just a burger if that is what you are craving. Mexico Beach is a hidden treasure in Florida. It is one of the few places left to really enjoy the beach without the rat race found in most Florida coastal cities anymore. I hope you will enjoy this property as much as I do. It is my little piece of paradise. This is a GREAT place for a relaxing, beach getaway.

Family Annual Beach Trip

We enjoyed our annual beach trip stay at the house. We have stayed here once before and the place was great just like we had remembered. Would highly recommend for a clean and nice house close to Mexico beach. I’m sure we will be back

A small slice of Heaven

A beautiful cozy home just step’s from the beach. It was perfect for our family of 4! Walking distance to anything you would need for a beach vacation! First time to Mexico Beach

We have stayed on 30a for decades and wanted someplace new. We have found our new place in Mexico Beach. Beautiful accommodations with all the amenities you need. Wonderful view of the beach and ocean.Location creates calm seas and abundant wildlife. We will be back.

Another great stay at Bettie's Beach House

We just returned from three weeks at Bettie's and it was just as good as our last stay in '23. The location is perfect with the beach access right across the street and a short 10 minute drive to Port Saint Joe. I recommend an oyster bar tour starting at Uptown Oyster Bar in St. Joe, then Hunt's on St. Joe Bay, and the Indian Pass oyster bar on 30A, all serving local oysters The house has everything you need for a great beach vacation.

Great Staycation

As usual everything was up to par…although we were going through a family crisis…the atmosphere at Betti’s beach house helped us to do a little self healing…The beautiful surroundings of a clean and well kept home means a lot…The sunsets are the best I have ever seen..Hope to visit again soon…

Beautiful, Clean Vacation home!

This was our first visit to Mexico Beach and Bettie’s Beach house was the perfect place to stay to explore the area! The house was clean, well equipped and we could view the beautiful sunsets from the front porch. Bettie was great with communication for any questions that we had. Would definitely recommend and would stay again if we’re ever in the area again.

In spite of rainy and sometimes cool weather, we thoroughly enjoyed our visit. Loved sitting out on the upstairs balcony. Enjoyed Port St Joe and had fabulous meals. It was just me and my husband and we did no cooking at the house but it certainly was well stocked for cooking if you want to. Thank you Bettie! Your the best!

Wonderful

Needed a beach trip and get away. Our mom passed in January and this trip included my bday weekend. So sis and I needed a recharge, Bettie’s is a wonderful location for white beach and waves, a 2-3 minute walk and you will be in a happy place.

Fantastic Beach Getaway

Bettie's Beach House is a lovely, comfortable house just across the road from the ocean. Clean, cozy, and adorable! Getting down to Mexico Beach takes 5 minutes on foot. This week was everything we had hoped for and Bettie's Beach House made it the best!
