Spring Break Vacay

The house was perfect for our large group, 5 rooms, lots of space for our teenagers to hang out upstairs while we were downstairs. Pool on the property was great.

Great house for a family vacation

We stayed here with extended family and were very comfortable during our stay. We used to live in PSJ and have family here, and this was a great location to be able to walk to the beach but still get into St. Joe fairly quickly (compared to the Cape). The neighborhood is quiet (the busiest it gets is when lots of golf carts come home after sunset), there are lots of birds, the pool was wonderful, beautiful view of the sunset. We did a lot of cooking for a large group, and the kitchen was very well-stocked with cookware and dishes, and the charcoal grill was great. Inflatables for the pool were a plus, along with the beach chairs and bikes provided. The beach umbrellas were a little janky (broken spokes, missing pole), but we had our own shelter with us so it was OK. Beach towels weren't there when we checked in, but the local rental agency folks brought them over quickly when we asked (and also fixed a flat bike tire). Beds were all comfortable according to everyone in the group, and the house was very clean. There was plenty of parking for our 3 vehicles. All in all a great stay. We'd stay here again.

This house was beautiful and plenty of space for a large group. There was enough parking for 4 vehicles as stated but the streets are extremely narrow. So it can be tight especially when people are on bikes and golf carts. The community pool was awesome! There is a security guard on duty at all times and the bathrooms are really clean. There was an entrance to the beach at the pool but we didn't use it. We ended up just driving on down to one of the entrances in Mexico Beach which was about 5-8 minutes away. I only had one complaint with this house and that was the main living room TV. It would not connect to the wifi so we basically was fighting with it the entire 5 days to get it to stay connected. I do not mind not having cable services but please ensure that the TV can access wifi properly so there can be some sort of electronic entertainment for a guests' stay. Besides that the house was new and clean and had everything a family would need for vacation. I would definitely recommend this home.
