Cottage by the Sea- This is the perfect old Florida style beach cottage. Master bedroom hosts a queen size bed, second bedroom hosts a full size bed, and there is a sofa sleeper in the living room for additional sleeping arrangements. This home is just a short walk to the sugary white sands of the Gulf. Bring a book and take a chair to the beach and relax or stroll the white sandy beach. Bring your rod & reel and enjoy surf fishing. Restaurants and entertainment are close by. You can grill your catch of the day and enjoy family and friends after a long day of fun in the sun. This unit sleeps 6 people.

CANCELLATION POLICY: Telephone the office as soon as possible in the event you must cancel, change dates or switch properties. Please note that if the reservation is cancelled within 45 days of arrival, we cannot refund your advanced rental payment. Once your reservation is confirmed, any cancellations/date or property changes will be subject to our cancellation policies. Sorry, no refunds for early departures. You may also use the advanced rental payment for a future booking and avoid the cancellation fee. Please call our office if you would like to make arrangements.
