This spacious Pet Friendly 3 Bedroom and 2 Bathroom is sporting 2 King and 1 Queen Beds for all your guests. This Florida Cottage sleeps 6. There is a gourmet kitchen for all your culinary creations and walk-in showers in each bathroom! Enjoy a large fenced backyard for your furry family member and fire pit for those evening gatherings. Enjoy your meals with spacious outdoor covered deck and BBQ to grill up your catch of the day! Area for boat parking 10X45 feet. Pet fees apply. Two outside driveway floodlight video cameras that record the front yard, sidewalk and driveways, located at the north and south roof corners. Pet Fee $125 per stay.

This was the perfect house for our stay in PSJ. The location allowed us to walk to the shops, restaurants, & anywhere else we wanted to go. It was very clean, had great lighting & an open floor plan.

Amazing cottage - great location

This lovely cottage has everything that you will need for a great experience. Comfy beds, well stocked kitchen, beautiful backyard, close to convenience stores - everything was perfection. What a delight to stay in this sweet cottage in a beautiful cozy town.

Well done renovation, VERY clean, well equipped, great porches and fire pit, lots of hot water and comfortable beds. Will stay there again! Only item is that it sleeps 6 and has seating for 4 in the den/tv area.

Sweet place

Perfect place, especially if you have dogs. I love Port St Joe and this place is close to historic downtown which makes it ideal. Place has everything you need and you don’t have to worry about your dogs due to the great fenced in yard.

Great location and perfect for a family getaway!The host was great. Very nice and an excellent communicator. This house was perfect for my family on our little vacation. Very beachy! All rooms were nice. And the back yard was huge, fenced, and perfect for a fire or grilling. Downtown was a couple blocks away and is an easy, safe walk. Also, my pet was welcomed. He loved the back yard! I highly recommend this rental. Thanks, Tony!

Perfect location in downtown Port St Joe. Walk or golf cart to restaurants, park, marina and beach. House was clean, well furnished and modern. Was especially nice to find spices, coffee and filters, dish soap, paper towels, etc-very nicely supplied. Would stay here again. Also, very nice back porch with fan and fenced back yard.

Perfect place!!

The rental was perfect for my husband, myself and our son, daughter in law and baby. We were there for the Forgotten Music Festival. It was only a short walk to the park! The house was so clean and everything seemed fresh and new. The Owner, Tony, was so responsive to questions and everything went smoothly. We had everything we needed and it is so convenient to town and nearby stores, etc. We will definitely stay here again and highly recommend to anyone interested. Thank you Tony for a perfect place to stay!!!

Wonderful Getaway in Boater's Paradise

We really enjoyed our stay in this very nicely remodeled downtown PSJ cottage. Just a couple of blocks to restaurants and shops. Excellent for travelers looking to bring their boat to enjoy the local waters. The home was very well stocked with everything you need for your stay. We will definitely be back.
