The bright, open-plan interior is filled with natural light, creating a warm and inviting atmosphere. The main floor features a gourmet kitchen and a cozy living room, ideal for gathering after a day at the beach.

Sleeping Arrangements (Sleeps 10):
* Master Bedroom 1: King bed with en-suite bathroom.
* Master Bedroom 2: King bed with en-suite bathroom.
* Bunk Room: Two twin-over-full bunk beds.
* Crow`s Nest Loft: Twin daybed.

Guests will have exclusive and private access to the entire home and all its amenities. This includes:
* The entire 3-bedroom, 3-bathroom house.
* Private heated pool. Pool heat is provided at an additional cost
* All three levels of decks and the crow`s nest.
* Access to the community dock located just across the street, perfect for fishing or launching kayaks and paddleboards into the bay.

Other details to note:
* Pet Fee: A flat fee of $175 for up to 2 dogs will be applied. If the booking platform does not automatically add this, we will add it manually after your reservation is confirmed.
* Pool Heat: The pool can be heated for an additional charge of $50 per day. Please request this service at the time of booking or at least 48 hours prior to arrival.
* Travel Insurance: For stays between June and November, we highly recommend purchasing travel insurance to protect your trip during storm season.
* Concierge Services: We can provide contacts for local services like in-home chefs, massage therapists, and grocery delivery. These services book up months in advance, so please inquire right after booking to secure them.

-Dogs are welcome for a flat fee. Please add the number of pets when you
enter the number of guests. No more than 2 pets allowed
-Must be 25 years old to book home
-No smoking of any kind in our home
-Please be respectful of guests that come in after you - No fishing bait allowed in the house, freezer or refrigerator at any time. Shore fishing at the Cape is wonderful but all bait must be kept outside the home in a cooler.
A damage deposit is added to each reservation to cover any damages that may be incurred during your stay. This deposit will be refunded 5 days after your stay is completed.
-Cape San Blas is a turtle sanctuary and we have a leave no trace policy. Nothing can be left on the beach overnight and all outside lights must be turned off.
-Please do not walk or let children play on the sand dunes. These dunes are the only protection from waves and storms for all gulf front homes. Thank you.
