  • Upper level cottage across the street from the beach. Recently remodeled and updated. 2 bedroom 1 bathroom. Huge wrap nearly around deck with multiple seating areas with views of both sunrise and sunsets. The beach is just a short walk across the street. Large covered outdoor bar and cooking area! Adorable kitchen and living room! Each bedroom with a queen bed! Jack & Jill bathroom! Outdoor shower too with hot and cold water to wash away all the beach sand just below the deck. Just a block away from Shipwreck Restaurant & Bar. Come make incredible memories here!

This was the cutest cottage for a girls trip! Easy access to the beach which was right across the street. Easy to walk to and plant of beach gear. Loved the decor and the beds were very comfortable. Only complaint was the ice maker didn’t make much ice but we just bought a bag. We would definitely love to come and stay again and possible rent the whole house. There is an upstairs unit and a downstairs unit. Thanks for such a nice stay!

Perfect location, great host.

We had a great stay. Barbara was easy to communicate with and offered great tips for food and other local offerings. The house is cute and the outdoor area is amazing. The beach is right across the street. Loved our vacation!

Great stay at a great beach town.

The cottage was comfortable and clean, and just as pictured. We enjoyed the outdoor space, and the walk across the street to the beach was very easy. The location was good-just a short drive into Port St. Joe to shop and eat. We loved the quaint town, and the fact that there were no crowds!

Beach House

This is our second time staying here and we absolutely love it! It has ocean views from the awesome deck/bar! Such a cozy feeling here for our daughter and dog! We have made great memories here and will be back!

Favorite Vacation Spot!

We have stayed several times and have decided this will forever be our vacation place! Very comfortable and you feel right at home! Beautiful beach views from the deck and short walk across the street to the beach! We love that it is pet friendly since we take our girl everywhere!

This was our second stay and has quickly became our go to get away location! Lovely unit with the most amazing outdoor space. The large outdoor patio and bar made the unit feel twice as large as it is. Nothing like waking up with a cup of coffee and enjoying a view of the ocean in the oversize chairs on the deck! We will be coming back again and again and again

Perfect again

This was my second time staying at this location. It was perfect again. The home is perfect for a small crew and the deck and covered porch is amazing. It's just a few steps to the beach. This property is everything you could wish for in a vacation rental.

This is the perfect unit. The outside space is amazing. We spent more time on the HUGH deck than at the beach. Very short easy access to the beach. Views were great and location was perfect. We will be back!

Great as always

This is the third year we have stayed in this home. The home is a well kept gem just steps drom the sugar white sands of St Joe Beach. Great home, great location, great beach. This house is the perfect home away from home. The kitchen is well stocked with anything you may need to cook with. Lots of sitting room outside. An in unit washer and dryer. Its everything you could hope to find in a vacation home.

Anniversary trip

We stayed here with my inlaws and 1 year old son. Fantastic outdoor areaand they thought of modt everything for the beach which is already sitting out waiting for your trips over. Its not a far walk, but tbh my husband and i are in pretty goid shaoe and pulling a loaded wagon that small length was still fairly exhausting. Make sure you use the marked spots to go to the water as they've spent tons of money revamping the dunes after the hurricane. Water out front was HOT. We went to Cape San Blas and absolutely loved it. Great trip.

Cute little house just steps from St. Joe Beach. Very quiet and peaceful beach. The house was fully equipped, clean and the host was very responsive. Well stocked with beach chairs, umbrellas and carts to take everything down to the beach. Would love to stay again.
