Guests will love the outdoor area with a screened-in porch, back deck with incredible views, charcoal grill, and outdoor shower. With a boardwalk behind the house, this pet-friendly property is just steps away from the Bay.
Step into this beautifully designed great room, where brightness and airiness greet guests at every turn. This seamless space effortlessly blends the living, dining, and kitchen areas, creating the perfect atmosphere for conversations with loved ones. Relax in the living area, which boasts plush furniture, including a queen sleeper sofa, all positioned perfectly in front of the 55" TV. A well-equipped kitchen with Whirlpool appliances and ample cabinet space is great for cooking a family dinner. The dining area offers seating for 6 with a mix of chair and bench seating, while the screened-in porch just off the great room provides an alfresco dining table for 4. After stepping through the French door onto the porch, guests can easily access the back deck, where a picnic table and Adirondack seating await. The property was exactly as described. It was perfect for our family of 4 with 2 dogs. We were extremely impressed with how clean the house was when we arrived, and the amount of towels/linens was great! The location was perfect being walking distance to literally anything you would need for your stay including fishing/kayaking/bike riding rentals.
This house was nice enough for our family of four, but the quality of the house wasn't great. The bathroom door hinges were so loose that we had to pick the door up to get it to close (a chore every time our young child needed to use the restroom). The TVs in the house are clearly old/abused because they were malfunctioning, and there isn't a TV in the spare room, so our child had to use a device for sound/light because she was in an unfamiliar place. The ramp was a nice feature, but the furniture on the porch would make it difficult to maneuver a wheelchair without moving the furniture around. Additionally, the house did not feel as if it had been cleaned well. There was already sand in the beds and the floors turned our feet black quickly. There wasn't any extra sheets either, so when we had a diaper malfunction at night, we had to figure out something to cover the beds.
The dock in the back was a nice addition. We enjoyed going out there in the evenings.
Personally, the price of the house didn't match the quality.
