This newly constructed beach home offers endless opportunities for unforgettable coastal memories. With four bedrooms and three bathrooms, Lite House II comfortably accommodates up to ten guests. Sleeping arrangements include three queen beds and two twin beds, with two of the bedrooms sharing a convenient connecting bathroom—perfect for families or groups. Sofa sleeper for additional sleeping arrangements.

The open-concept kitchen, dining, and living areas provide plenty of space for everyone to gather, relax, and enjoy time together. The home features a fully equipped kitchen, making meal prep and entertaining a breeze. Large screened in porch is the perfect place to enjoy the gulf breeze, and you’re less than a one-minute walk from sinking your toes in the sand.

Beach place

This house is excellent in every way. We throughly enjoyed our leisure stay. Only inconvenience was carrying all the baggage up stairs and seeing an elevator that we didn’t have excess to.

Beach perfection

This was our first trip to Mexico Beach. We loved Lite House II. It was so nice. Plenty of room to spread out. The house was clean and decorated so cute! We loved the screen porch and the beach was just steps away! Can’t wait to come back!
