The golf cart is provided as a complimentary amenity to help guests enjoy WindMark. While we work hard to keep it available, unexpected maintenance or repairs may occasionally make it unavailable during a stay.

Parking
Parking is available in the driveway.
Additional overflow parking is conveniently located directly across from the home.
Per HOA regulations, boats, trailers, RVs, and commercial vehicles are not permitted in residential driveways. We`re happy to recommend nearby off-site parking if needed.

The included golf cart makes getting around WindMark simple and enjoyable.

• Beach Boardwalk – 2-3 minute walk

WindMark was designed for walking, biking, and golf cart travel, making it easy to enjoy the beaches, pools, restaurants, shopping, and beautiful coastal scenery.
Important Notes
The golf cart and bicycles are complimentary amenities. While we strive to have them available for every reservation, unforeseen maintenance or repairs may occasionally make them unavailable during your stay.
Exterior cameras are located in the garage and on the screened porch. These cameras are not active and are not connected to a recording or monitoring system.
Please use designated beach boardwalks and pathways when accessing the beach. Walking or driving through dunes or protected natural areas is prohibited to help preserve the coastal environment.

Golf Cart Battery & Towing Policy

The golf cart must be fully charged before each use. It is the guest`s responsibility to monitor the battery level and ensure the cart has sufficient charge for their planned trip.

If the golf cart becomes inoperable because it was not adequately charged and the host is required to respond for assistance, a **$75 service fee** will be charged.

If the golf cart must be towed or recovered due to battery depletion or any other guest-related issue, the guest will be responsible for **all towing and recovery costs** in addition to the service fee.

Please note that golf cart batteries can drain more quickly when carrying a full load of passengers, driving long distances, or making frequent stops. To avoid interruptions during your stay, we recommend plugging the golf cart in whenever it is not in use.

Please note: this home holds a $300 security deposit and is released after the home has been inspected.

★ Makeup towels are provided – please do NOT use white washcloths for makeup removal
★ Guests will be charged for damaged towels or linens

★ Please remove all trash from property and put in garbage can
★ Garbage Day is Early Monday Morning (please put can at end of driveway Sunday)
★ Dirty Dishes in Dishwasher and Run Cycle
★ Leave Linens on all Beds
★ Report any issues or accidents so we can fix and resolve issues for next guest
★ Leave Used Towels in Bathtub
★ Double Check for Personal Items
★ Close All Windows and Lock Doors
★ Turn Off Lights
★ Make Sure Golf Cart is Plugged In and Sand is Washed off with hose
★ Leave the Garage Remote and Golf Key in White Dish in the Kitchen.
$150 lost golf cart key and $50 garage remote will be charged if not returned.
★ All Beach Equipment stored back in its proper place in the garage

★ Do not let the golf cart run below 30% of Battery Life, Keep the Golf Cart on the charger when not in use.
★ You assume all liability when operating the Golf Cart. Any damages incurred during your stay will be billed back to you.
★ Do not lose the key there will be a $150 Charge
★ No speeding in the Community
★ Report immediately any damages to the golf cart
★ State Law must be 16 and have a valid driver`s license to operate the golf cart
★ No driving on boardwalks in the community. There is access to Village Center near boardwalk # 5 it’s for golf carts and will bring you to the City Center. There is an Octopus sculpture on the right-hand side before boardwalk number #5 as a landmark. On the way back there is a fire hydrant as a landmark to turn on the boardwalk.
