  • There isn’t a better place to enjoy the weekend pristine waters of the Gulf at Simply Adventurous here on the Mexico Beach Canal.

    Walk the canal boardwalk directly to one of the best beaches in the area. Bring your boat and moor it on your very own slip rented with Mexico Beach`s Dock Master.

    3 Bedrooms, each with their own bath.

    12 Foot Swim Spa- that can be chilled for cooler waters, or heated for up to 103 degrees!
    To keep the home comfortable for all guests, please follow these guidelines:

    • Minimum booking age: 25
    • No smoking anywhere on the property
    • Medical marijuana must be non-smokable (gummies/edibles only)
    • No parties or events
    • Only registered guests are allowed on the property unless approved in advance
    • Quiet hours: 10 PM – 8 AM
    • Pets allowed only with prior approval and applicable pet fee
    • Pets may not be left unattended unless crated
    • Please treat the home with care and report any damage promptly

    Violation of house rules may result in a $100 fee, additional charges, or cancellation of the reservation without refund.
