This unit comfortably sleeps 6 people and includes a master bedroom with a king-sized bed, a second bedroom with a queen-sized bed, and a third bedroom with a full over full bunk bed and twin trundle. There is also a pack-n-play available for your little one.

- Strip all used beds. Place dirty sheets on the floor of the room and bedding in the center of the bed. - Load washer with towels and start it. - Check all closets, drawers, plugs for personal items.

Our family of 5 had a great time @ Smokey’s sunset. It’s wonderful to see the Mexico Beach area return after the storm. Our unit was new and well laid out for a family. Great view of the Gulf and the beach restoration looks wonderful!

Nice spacious 3 bedroom unit directly facing the ocean. Convenient to downtown Port St Joe. Easy to communicate with owners. Would definitely come back and recommend to others.
