Excellent location, with really incredible helpful and informative staff. Just a delight. Breakfast was included and also really good.

Amazing space to stay with great views

Arrived at our given address to be told we were in another address 2 doors away. Given key fob and told where it was and to make our way to it. Let ourselves into a place in need of updating and deep cleaning. Up 3 narrow flights of stairs into a small, smelly room with 2 heavy suitcases. Complained and told to see manager in morning. After 1 horrendous night we decided even if they had another room the claimed 4 star was more a 1 or 2 star and the standard of cleanliness was just surface clean. Furthermore it was not the place we booked. Another place booked and we left. We will be actively pursuing compensation for miss-selling and subsequent costs involved.

Lovely clean room, staff friendly and very helpful and good selection for breakfast

We had a lovely spacious room with a nice shower, tea/coffee making facilities but unfortunately it was room 206 (207 is likewise) which suffered from loud banging music last Friday night from Wetherspoons next door at 2nd floor level until 03:00am Saturday night wasn’t anywhere near as bad but could still hear music playing loudly after midnight. The breakfast buffet was very nice with plenty of choice of hot food and pastries etc. The hotel is almost on the promenade directly opposite the Bee Gees sculpture and is a 5 mins walk to shops, supermarket and eating places, there is a bus stop virtually outside on the street for a bus to/from airport. Staff were friendly and helpful
