We enjoyed our stay! The facilities are amazing! Stand up paddle boards, 25 metre pool, volleyball, tennis, basketball, canoe, catamarans etc… The rooms are tired but extremely clean! The staff & buffet breakfast were excellent!

Fantastic for children. Local staff make the resort with their engaging personalities, friendliness, keenness to partake in activities and attention to guests. Would highly recommend this resort. Some of the resort is under construction post cyclones, will be amazing when completed.

Holiday Inn Resort was a beautiful and quiet stay away from the hustle and noise of Port Vila but still an easy taxi to town. The property was beautiful even with the post cyclone repairs being carried out. There was minimal disruption to our peace and lots of space and included resources. Drink and food onsite were decent too.

Good location of hotel and comfortable beds. However the highlights were the fantastic pool area, excellent food and extremely friendly and helpful staff. We had a fantastic time for 1 week here (2 adults and 2 kids ages 6 and 3). Would happily stay here again.

Mayank at the reception was very knowledgeable and courteous, the dining was a repeated meals for the 7 days if there was a different menu at least every 3 days would be welcome, I even enjoyed the music at the lobby bar great music

We had a great week, the staff are so friendly and helpful. Nothing was too much trouble and they were always around to answer any question. Special shout out to William, it was always great to see him smiling and being so professional with us. Although there is still cyclone damage it was a great place to unwind for the week

The Staff at the resort are spectacular - they are all so friendly and willing to help in anyway you need. They genuinely seem to want to help you enjoy your stay. Would recommend to anyone to stay here. The resort may not be our usual 5 Star resort but the staff makes up for anything it might be missing.

We only stayed 3 nights but our stay was just perfect. Its a beautiful spot and only a short taxi trip to most places. It is getting renovated, but the essentials are still open- pool which most of the time we had to ourselves. Restaurant with beautiful views and great breakfast serve - the thursday chef buffet is definitely recommended. The staff were absolutely amazing my 3 year old loved the attention from all the staff from his babycino in the mornings to his daily catch ups with William (Bill) front of house. A big thank you to William for being such a great host you went that extra mile to help us!

it was so nice to finally get back to Vanuatu! the staff were fantastic and very welcoming. cocktails were great and the coffee was amazing. just what we needed to escape the cold of Sydney and relax!
