Excellent comfort and service

This is a top class hotel where everything is done to the highest standarfs and yet it remains friendly and un-fussy. Our superior deluxe room had loads of space and the lighting was good. The Falls restaurant is excellent and was the main reason for our one night stay

Amazing location, staff and food. 2 nights was not enough and you never have to leave the grounds to experience breathtaking scenery, world class food and a great pint of Guinness.

Perfect stay

Simply excellent, service is perfect and the grounds are beautiful. Bed is comfortable and breakfast is tasty. Deep tissue massage is not very deep and probably not worth the money but everything else was just great.

Area is remote and the spa is outdated. There’s not much to do at the hotel most activities require leaving the premises. The hotel is well suited for as a travel stopover to other destinations .

Luxury in a gorgeous setting

A beautifully situated luxury hotel where eberything is done to a very high standard. Our room had lovely views over the falls. The Falls restaurant is superb although I would prefer traditional dining chairs over the pub style semi-lounge chairs that they have which are bad for the posture wheen eating and are slightly to low. Over all, expensive and worth it.

What a beautiful location. The grounds are stunning and the waterfall is absolutely lovely. The rooms are very large and they are very welcoming to children. We enjoyed the very large bathroom as well. We were welcomed with wine and cookies and the front desk staff even escorted us directly to our room. Great service.

Recent stay

Money has been invested in restoring this fine hotel to the high standards that we had become accustomed to. The Pool/Jacuzzi areas still need some further investment. The stables restaurant is a great new addition.

Beautiful location, exactly as I was hoping it would be. 5 star hotel, 5 star service. Friendly staff went out of their way to make sure I was happy and taken care of. I did the horse riding and falconry activities and both were superb. The hotel is an easy walk from Kenmare town, and the hotel arranged for a ride for me to the town after I checked out. Food was delicious. I had afternoon tea as well as breakfast. I would absolutely recommend Sheen Falls Lodge, and will stay here again on my next trip to Ireland. Love it.

Location excellent. Room service 80 mins and forgot 1 dish. Customer service poor. Waiters slow and not attentive. Could not get a dinner reservation bar unsociable hours. Only 1 slot available In spa for 1 treatment option only despite booking 24 hours in advance Checkin not aware & did not apply gold status perk like wine. Early checkin not available
