"This is a lovely hotel right next to the Arena and beside some lovely restaurants. The staff are very helpful and friendly. We were in the Romeo room which is separate from the main hotel but it’s metres and they are on call to assist as required. Breakfast is continental and is plentiful with good choices. Would definitely recommend it for a short stay. During opera season the location must be fantastic !!!"

"We stayed at the NH Collection Palazzo Verona for 3 nights, it is ideally located in the city centre, an excellant location for all nearby attractions and restaurants. It a beautiful hotel with lovely decor and ambience, the staff are helpful and friendly. The only issue we had was there was a strange smell in the bathroom from the sink which we notified the front desk about when leaving. We visited Verona for my daughter's birthday which I had notified the hotel abou, they left a little message in the room on arrival but I thought they may have made a little more of a gesture but it was fine as we had a lovely time in Verona."

The amenities were tea, coffee, a coffee machine, biscuits and a microwave. This made it easy to make a quick meal. Very friendly and attentive staff in person and on WhatsApp."
